Next Meeting: International Midgets

The Robertson Prestige International Speedway is the place to be on Saturday 30th December! Be there when the boys are back in town with the Midas Midget All Stars Series hitting the dirt - featuring USA superstars Buddy Kofoid and Thomas Meseraull “T-Mez” racing wheel-to-wheel with Kiwi Midget heroes! Add in the Manawatu Minisprint Champs, Stockcars & Saloons and what an epic night it is going to be!

International Midgets return to the Robertson Prestige International Speedway with the Midas Midget All Stars Series, featuring USA superstars Buddy Kofoid and Thomas Meseraull “T-Mez” lining up alongside a quality field of NZ Midget drivers. The spectacular open-wheel Midgets always excel at putting on a high octane show for the fans with plenty of side-by-side racing, and this international Midget series is set to be no exception! The wheel-to-wheel racing will leave you wanting more when you watch these American superstars on Kiwi soil! Here is a link to some of the achievements of these American superstars...

The Manawatu Minisprint Championship is set to be hotly contested by local drivers who are all in with a real chance of winning the esteemed title. Will current 1nz Elliot Heron be able to complete a three-peat at this championship, or will the likes of hard chargers 2nz Daniel Nickel, 8p Nathan Jefferies or 81p Glen McCutcheon stand in his way? If the competition wasn’t hot enough, there’s Stratford and Wanganui competitors who will no doubt have a shot at the title - with a strong contingent of travelling drivers, this championship title is really going to come down to the wire!

Filling out a packed night at the Robertson Prestige International Speedway are the crowd favourite, metal crunching Stockcars who will bash and crash to end the year on a high, Spectacular Saloons racing in their Corvettes and Camaros, Adult Ministocks and Youth Ministocks - please note that this field is limited, Palmerston North registered cars will take first preference.

Classes racing are; Midgets, Minisprints, Stockcars, Saloons, Adult Ministocks, Youth Ministocks - Limited Field.

Rainout tickets issued on Saturday 4th November are valid for this event, or any other event this 2023/24 season excluding the ENZED Superstock Teams Champs on 3rd and 4th February, 2024.

Tickets are available to purchase through Ticketek www.ticketek.co.nz to save standing in a queue (tickets purchased incur an additional service fee), or on race day from Gate 1 (Waldegrave Street), Gate 2 (Cuba Street - Bridge) and Gate 3 (Cook Street) from 5pm.

Admission prices are $25 for an Adult (16 years and over), $10 for Children aged 8-15, and $60 for a Family pass of 2 adults and up to four children. Kids aged 7 and under are FREE.

Public gates open from 5pm - Gate 1 (Waldegrave Street), Gate 2 (Cuba Street - Bridge) and Gate 3 (Cook Street). Midget warm-up from 6:15pm, racing starts 6:30pm.
