It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Russell (Rusty) Harris.
Russell had been involved with speedway dating back to the 1964/65 season where he first got the 'speedway bug' and saw him go on to complete an outstanding 53 seasons as track announcer and speedway journalist, giving back to the sport that has given him so much pleasure.
A remits meeting will be held Monday 23rd June at 7pm in the Speedway Office. All drivers and riders are welcome to come along and have a say about the governance of your sport. This meeting will discuss Remits and General Business for the upcoming SNZ AGM.

Robertson Prestige International Speedway in conjunction with the Manawatu Speedway Club season prizegiving 2024/25 was held on Saturday 14th June in the Silks Lounge, Awapuni Racecourse. It was a great evening celebrating the season that was, congratulations to all award winners!
