The countdown is on to the biggest show on dirt next weekend, Friday 7th and Saturday 8th of February - with 13 confirmed teams from Auckland to Christchurch and everywhere in between, plus the mighty Great Britain Lions return. The biggest, best, and most spectacular weekend of racing is ready to roar into life.
Friday's scrutineering location is in the Square from 12:30pm until 3pm. Everyone is welcome to come and have a close up look at the cars, and a great opportunity to get merchandise and posters of your favorite team.
There will be fireworks on both nights. Support classes on Saturday are International Super Saloons featuring Australian hotshots Darren Kane and Kye Blight racing wheel-to-wheel with New Zealand’s best Super Saloon drivers!
No commercially prepared food, tarpaulins, deckchairs, pushchairs, prams or chilly bins sorry.
