Crowd favourite Superstock teams racing returns this Saturday night from 6:30pm at the Robertson Prestige International Speedway when Superstocks get the opportunity to represent their home tracks and put on a show for the fans!
Palmerston North Panthers, Manawatu Mustangs, Gisborne Development, Kihikihi Kings and Wanganui Warriors Superstock teams can further their preparation for the ENZED Superstock Teams Championship in February in this special pre-Xmas teams racing event. The battle for supremacy will be intense from the drop of the flag, and in teams racing there are many factors that are vitally important including driver combinations, tactics and experience which all come into play. Following these epic teams races - the spectacular Superstocks will hit the dirt and race bumper to bumper in the most exhilarating racing on dirt!
If this wasn’t enough, the mighty Super Saloons are back and racing for the prestigious Manawatu Championship. With their wide tyres, V8 engines and distinctive low sportscar bodies, these drivers are impressive racing wheel-to-wheel every lap! The racing is exhilarating from these drivers, and local Super Saloon drivers including Peter Bengston, and the Halcrow family will be all looking to make sure that the title honours stay in town!
The open-wheel Minisprints will be looking to further refine their setups ahead of the February New Zealand Minisprint Championship hosted here at the Robertson Prestige International Speedway.
Classes in action are Superstock teams racing, Superstocks, Super Saloons, Minisprints, Sidecars and Youth Ministocks. Please note: Youth Ministocks are open to Palmerston North Speedway registered competitors only.
Note: There are no Stockcars racing this weekend due to the NZ Stockcar Grand Prix in Kihikihi.

Admission prices are $25 for an Adult (16 years and over), $10 for Children aged 8-15, and $60 for a family pass of 2 adults and up to four children. Kids aged 7 and under are FREE.
Tickets can be purchased from our ticket booths on race day at Gate 1 (Waldegrave Street), Gate 2 (Cuba Street - Bridge) and Gate 3 (Cook Street) from 5pm. Gate sales only, cash or EFTPOS. No credit cards, no paywave.
