Last week saw Superstock teams racing return, this week it’s time for the metal-crunching Stockcars to take to the track at the Robertson Prestige International Speedway for the Machinery Specialists Stockcar Teams Invasion! One of the biggest Stockcar teams racing nights on the calendar this season, with many drivers looking to solidify their places in their home track teams in preparation for the New Zealand Stockcar Teams event at Rotorua in February.
The Stockcar Teams Invasion will see teams from around the North Island descend on Robertson Prestige International Speedway for one night of metal-crunching Stockcar teams racing. Racing for pride of their region with grit and determination, it will be all left on the track so expect plenty of action from the drop of the flag!
Making their way to battle it out are the Makita Rotorua Rascals - current New Zealand Stockcar Teams Champions, plus; Auckland Alleycats, Stratford Stormers, Wanganui Vulcans, W.G.Geuze Gisborne Gladiators, Central Metals Waikato Raiders, and the local hero Stockcar teams Palmerston North Pumas and Palmerston North Development make it a massive line-up of Stockcar teams ready to battle!
Add in consolation races for the Stockcar drivers who are not competing in the teams event, Adult Ministocks and the daredevil Sidecars you couldn’t ask for a better night of spectacular speedway entertainment!

Please note: Out of town contracted cars, before your name will appear on any confirmed drivers lists a clearance from your home track is required if your track is running the class. This is a Speedway New Zealand rule.
Tickets are available to pre-purchase online from www.ticketek.co.nz, (tickets purchased incur an additional service fee) or on race day from Gate 1 (Waldegrave Street), Gate 2 (Cuba Street - Bridge) and Gate 3 (Cook Street) from 5pm.
Admission prices are $30 for an Adult (16 years and over), $10 for Children aged 8-15, and $70 for a Family pass of 2 adults and up to four children. Kids aged 7 and under are FREE.
